Description: A tall, lean man with dark hair and well groomed facial hair, Reeve Tuesti is a polite but down-to-earth man, brilliant and world-minded. He is almost always seem in an immaculate suit bearing the markings of the World Regenesis Organization, and willingly carries the burden that his position requires him to. Reeve is not, however, without a jovial sense of humor. When faced with dangerous situations, Reeve is not afraid to employ the assistance of an artificial creation from his days at the Shinra Electric Power Company, Incorporated; a large black and white stuffed Mog driven by a robotic cat with a crown on its head, bearing a megaphone in one hand and shouting orders while waving with the other. He controls Cait Sith via a remote control he keeps with him at almost all times.
Occupation: Chairman of the World Regenesis Organization
Association: As the leader of the World Regenesis Organization, Reeve is in constant contact with the Dimensional Warriors, and serves as their gateway to the world political stage.
Background: Reeve Tuesti began his career at the Shinra Electric Power Company, Incorporated, and soon was appointed as the Secretary of Urban Development for the company. Reeve is directly and singlehandedly responsible for the planning and design of the city of Midgar, from the underdeveloped below-plate areas to the very top of the Shinra Tower in Sector 0. After secretly assisting eco-terrorists via Cait Sith while undercover for the Shinra Company, Reeve's true intentions were revealed, and it was not long after the fall of the Shinra Corporation that he used his position to create the World Regenesis Organization out of the ruins of the once powerful Shinra. After establishing the W.R.O. as a worldwide humanitarian aid movement, it became recognized as the forefront in Gaia's political arena, and Reeve himself became a major player in the decisions between nations. After the coup de'tat in Hikaru City, the W.R.O.'s headquarters in Edge was evacuated and its facilities and personnel moved to Eden, where the W.R.O. took an associate position under the Dimensional Warriors to oversee civil development inside of the massive fortress city. From this new haven, Reeve is able to conduct his affairs as necessary, with assistance from the Dimensional Warriors when needed.
Assistance: Reeve's resources include the might of the W.R.O. and its influence over other nations, as well as his personal brilliance and -- as always -- Cait Sith.
