Description: A sharp young man with bright blue hair and equally blue eyes, standing just a little over five and a half feet tall, Serge wears typically casual, baggy clothing over undergarments fit for swimming. His arms, while trained for oars and boatmanship, are also strong enough to wield his unusual weapon of choice. Typically a quiet boy, Serge is by no means shy or secluded -- he simply chooses not to speak often.
