[LUTECE LABORATORIES]

Although their knowledge of the world is dated by nearly a century, the Lutece's were brilliant minds and quick studies, responsible for lifting an entire city into Earth's sky
nearly a hundred years before the US government would achieve the same feat with their space program. Once established with a laboratory, they will be able to start
work on Quantum and even Dimensional Projects.

[CLIMATOLOGY CENTER]

Without a climatology center, all operations on Strangereal run the risk of encountering adverse weather that may make a run unprofitable.
By hiring meteorologists and analysts, and imrproving your weather capabilities, the Dimensional Warriors can control or eliminate the risk of adverse weather.
Sufficiently upgraded, the Climatology Center can unlock the ability to control weather to your advantage, although the cost of doing so makes it relatively expensive.

Climatology Center - 200,000 Zollars.

(Staff Tree)

[QUARTERMASTER'S OFFICE]

"The government's deemed you fit to rule the roost here, so to speak; to turn it into what you need. They've sent me to make it happen. So, let's get started, shall we?"

The Dragon's Lair airbase is well-known for its efficiency and effectiveness at housing manpower and munitions; but, it's somewhat lacking in the "comforts" department. The Osean government has assigned an acquisitions officer -- a Quartermaster -- to see to the Dimensional Warriors' wants rather than their needs. The QM's office has access to private contractors that will see the work done to spec and at cost.

(Barracks Upgrades)
Private Quarters - The barracks buildings are vastly expanded, providing each Dimensional Warrior with a private bedroom and bathroom. 300,000 zollars.
Officers' Suites - The interior of the barracks buildings are redesigned, providing each Dimensional Warrior a very small apartment-sized set of quarters, including a living/sitting room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and furnishings to match. 400,000 zollars. Requires Private Quarters.
On-Site Housing - A series of identical townhouses are built within the base perimeter, providing each Dimensional Warrior one half of the duplex to live, work, and reside in. This provides a living/sitting room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and furnishings to match. 500,000 zollars. Requires Officers' Suites.

(Facilities Upgrades)
Officers' Lounge: Bar - The officers' lounge inside the main barracks is provided a fully-stocked bar, as well as a junior officer to provide livations. Specializes in after-mission celebrations and bantering. 300,000 zollars.
Officers' Lounge: Entertainment - The officers' lounge inside the main barracks is expanded, providing small games the Dimensional Warriors can enjoy. Includes darts, billiards, and an arcade machine. 400,000 zollars. Requires Officers' Lounge: Bar.
Officers' Lounge: Hot Tubs - The officers' lounge is expanded and redesigned to provide three semi-private, heated whirlpool baths through a privacy doorway. Great for decompressing after a few days... or weeks in the field. 500,000 zollars. Requires Officers' Lounge: Entertainment.

Grounds: Swimming Pool - Space is cleared and dug out to provide an enclosed, half-Olympic sized swimming pool. Even though there's a perfectly good ocean right there, the climate and pH control is attractive to anyone who wants to avoid anemonies or that weird feeling when things brush against your leg in the ocean. 500,000 zollars.

Grounds: Greenhouse - Space is cleared and a solar array built into a small enclosed space to provide room for botanists, hobbyists, and growers. It's very warm and humid in here. Look out for some of the things your friends may be growing. 300,000 zollars.

Grounds: Obstacle Course - Builds a long, winding obstacle course at the edge of the facility's grounds, perfect for PT or running off some stress. Includes wall climbs, rope rappelling, tube-crawls, wire-crawls, high-step cables, sprints, ziplines, and a mud pit. DOn't ask about that part. 300,000 zollars.

Grounds: Gym - Space is cleared and a basic structure built to provide space for weight training and physical exercise. Includes a variety of high-density weights, bars, mats, balance beams, cardio machines, a shower facility and locker rooms. This is not a judgement-free zone. 400,000 zollars.

Barracks: Basic Furnishings - Redecorates the barracks to enhance its comfort level. Bigger beds, more bedding, larger seats, better lighting, and a few homey touches. 300,000 zollars.
Barracks: Superior Furnishings - Redecorates the barracks to enhance its comfort level. The beds are very large, very soft, and very inviting; the seats could function as second beds; the lighting is adjustable; and everything feels like home. 400,000 zollars. Requires Barracks: Basic Furnishings.
Barracks: Luxurious Furnishings - Redecorates the barracks to enhance its comfort level. Provides lavish, expansive beds and bedding, seats and tables that could host and survive small parties, expensive and efficient lighting, and expensive décor that may have previously been in high-class casinos and hotels. Each night is like a vacation. 500,000 zollars. Requires Barracks: Superior Furnishings.

(Commissary)
Improved Dining - Expands the menu and increases the quality of food provided to the Dimensional Warriors, actual DW members performing commissary duties notwithstanding. The chef may have once been featured on a TV show. 300,000 zollars.
Bigger Portions - Expands the cook staff, able to provide more food more efficiently. Come back for seconds, if you want. Like, if you really want. 400,000 zollars. Requires Improved Dining.
Fine Dining - Upgrades the mess hall's menu, providing luxury cuisine tastefully and expertly made. Small portions, but they're wow-levels of delicious. No idiot sandwiches here. 500,000 zollars. Requires Bigger Portions.

Imported Ingredients - Allows the Dragon's Lair to begin importing food from other worlds through established leylines, allowing chefs to fill requests for exotic foods made from wild game or unique creatures not found on Strangereal. 500,000 zollars.

(Bunker Facility)
Establish Bunker Facility - Clears space for and excavates a chunk of earth beneath the facility, creating a hardened space that can withstand siege by conventional munitions. This basic upgrade provides a hardened series of small rooms deep underground, shielded by layers of concrete and metal that insulate it from the outside. Accessible only by stairwell. Includes a "hub room" with minimal communications, a supply room with enough foodstuffs and supplies to last for a couple weeks, and enough bunk space to provide for the DW and a small amount of support staff. 300,000 zollars.

Bunker: Communications Array - Expands the bunker's "hub room" to include the communications technology the party has researched at the time. 400,000 zollars. Requires Establish Bunker Facility.
Bunker: Transportation - Adds another chamber to the subterranean bunker area, connecting it via a secured tunnel. Allows the use of Lutece technology inside the bunker. 500,000 zollars. Requires Bunker: Communications Array.

Bunker: Expanded Supplies - Expands the bunker's supply room to hold more goods and necessary supplies. Will sustain the DW and a support staff for a month. 500,000 zollars. Requires Establish Bunker Facility.
Bunker: Prepper Stash - Expands the bunker's supply room to hold more goods and necessary supplies. Will sustain the DW and a support staff for three months. 500,000 zollars. Requires Bunker: Expanded Supplies.

[LAMPWICK'S EMPORIUM]

Where there are markets strong and free-flowing with their money, there will be Morgan Lampwick, ever-eager to maintain a growing arsenal of munitions and money alike. A shrewd and resourceful intergalactic merchant, Morgan understands that all things have a price...and from there, the games begin.

IMPORTANT: Now that Morgan Lampwick has arrived at the Dragon's Lair, there will be serious moving and shaking going on economically. Morgan has opened up trade routes between worlds, building a mercantile network allowing for the free flow of goods between worlds. You may now use any currency to purchase goods in any world. However, if you use a currency that is not local, you will pay a 25% tax on the goods in question. Lampwick's gotta make his money after all. This may be lowered in the future via the completion of certain quests.

(Lampwick's Currency Exchange)

Morgan Lampwick's shrewd business sense allows him to quickly establish trade networks and simplify the process of acquisitions.

Exchange rates will be made available when the respective currencies are unlocked.

Osean Exchange - 500,000 Zollars. Adds zollars into currency exchange.[UNLOCKED]
Galtean Exchange - 1,000,000 gil. Adds gil into currency exchange.[UNLOCKED]
Guardian Exchange - 5,000,000 crowns. Adds crowns into currency exchange.[UNLOCKED]

[Current Exchange Rates]

40 crowns -> 3 zollar
(1 crown -> 0.075 zollar)
20 crowns -> 3 gil
(1 crown -> 0.15 gil)

8 gil -> 3 zollar
(1 gil -> 0.375 zollar)
4 gil -> 15 crowns
(1 gil -> 3.75 crowns)

2 zollar -> 3 gil
(1 zollar -> 1.5 gil)
2 zollar -> 15 crowns
(1 zollar -> 7.5 crowns)
