Breath Weapons

Breath Weapons aren't just uses of halitosis -- no, they're far more complex than that, even though a Malboro's 'Bad Breath' is named just that. The Breath Weapon comes in many different forms, such as Dragon breath, an elemental breath, a gaseous breath, or other similar things.

Due to the variance of these Breath Weapons, the skills listed here to cover it will be vague and will follow 'paths' of development that will suit different types of breath weapons. A breath weapon user will not need to buy all of these, but only the ones that follow their 'path,' which will depend on the nature of the character's weapon.

Due to the nature of Breath Weapons themselves, they have an alternative damage formula than the other types, which consists of:

(Spirit * 2) + Breath Weapon Mod

Breath weapon mods are as follows:

Level 1: +200(10 MP)
Level 2: +400(40 MP)
Level 3: +600(90 MP)
Level 4: +800(160 MP)
Level 5: +1000(250 MP)
Level 6: +1500(360 MP)
Level 7: +2000(490 MP)
Level 8: +3000(640 MP)
Level 9: +4000(810 MP)
Level 10: +5000(1000 MP)

So a character with 200 Spirit, Level 4 Breath Weapon, would use this formula:

(200*2) + 800
400 + 800
1200

The Improved Magical Damage milestones will affect the damage as well.

MP cost is calculated as follows, with level rounded to the nearest 5:
