Druidic Arcana

This school of magic has emphasis on turning the forces of nature against the wielder's enemy, and due to this, those who practice Druidic Arcana and Environmental Control are typically those who are very in-touch with nature and the planet itself. This school and its skills will assist a caster in areas of natural concentration and will reflect and emphasize their connection to the living world around them.

Effect: Gives the ability to recognize a Druidic Arcana spell.

Arcane Defense
Cost: 10 SP

Effect: Enables you to defend against magic by adding your skill bonus to your will roll.

Natural Bonus
Cost: 15 SP
Required Skill Level: 2
Untrained: No.
Type: Bonus
Effect: A caster receives support from nature in areas well imbued with life. Forests and marshes grant +10 to the roll of any spell of the druidic discipline cast.

Scribe Scroll
Cost: 15 SP
Required Skill Level: 2

Type: Action
Effect: Gives you the ability to write a scroll that another person can use. The roll to create this scroll is your spell-learning roll, and the DC is 20*spell level. The limit on scrolls you can create per week is the same as the spells you can learn per week. You cannot learn a spell via Scribe Scroll; it is treated as a one-use item.

Nature's Aid

Effect: Druidic spells cast within a life-attuned area gain a bonus +250 damage.

Nature's Gift

Effect: Within a highly life-attuned area, a mage will regenerate 50 mp per round up to a maximum of 1/5th of their total.

Improved Spell Damage
Cost: 160 SP

Effect: Boost all magic damage modifiers by +500

Natural Regeneration
Cost: 200 SP

Effect: If allowed to rest for 8 hours in a life-attuned area (Forest), negative status effects and damage are removed. The person will also receive a +15 to all actions for 1d3 hours after resting, having slept better with the aid of the area.

Obscure Casting
Cost: 200 SP

Effect: Obscure a spellcast. An obscured spell cannot be identified by anyone with a lower arcane arts level than you. Obscured spells can not be countered, but cost triple MP.
