Runic Arcana

Runic Arcana is shrouded in mystery, practiced by less people than fingers on a human hand throughout the universe. It is, however, proven to be the most powerful, grand magic in the multiverse, and allows for the user to manipulate the most base forces of magic. This kind of control allows a Runic Arcana caster to emulate and perform almost any other magical form in existence; however, due to the nature of the magic and its origins in Geddon, it's easy to see why such magic could only be created by immortals: it would take ten lifetimes just to comprehend and many more to practice the most basic techniques.

Learning Runic Arcana requires GM approval.

+1 round duration(1d5 bcomes 1d5+1) - +20% MP cost. Can be done up to 3 times(+60% MP cost for +3 rounds).
+1 spell level damage(L5 spell will deal a L6 spell's damage) - +50% MP cost.

Transcribe Magic

Effect: Character may write a scroll of any spell they know, and convert it to a different discipline, such as a technomancy spell that can be used through druidic arcana. The DC to transcribe a spell is 20*spell level, and uses the same roll as your spell-learning roll. This also operates under the same level limits as learning spells but uses its own separate pool of 'levels'.
