Telekinesis

Considered to be one of the staples of psionic power, telekinesis deals with exerting mental, remote force on an object or a person. This power can be in a multitude of ways, just like a hand interacts with the world -- only on a larger, grander scale -- such as levitating, pushing, pulling, squeezing, throwing, and catching. It can even act as a barrier, and its said that with this power some can even stop speeding bullets ... and speeding trains.

Name: TK Detrude
Description: While the power of telekinesis can extend to the manipulation of energy, its most basic form is the outright control of kinetic force. Expelling it, slamming it, and carrying things with it into the area around -- sometimes with -- that area.
Level 1: +300
Level 2: +600
Level 3: +1000
Level 4: +1500, Mild "Knockback": 1 Area. If object/wall is struck, take 25% of attack damage again.
Level 5: +2000
Level 6: +3000
Level 7: +4000
Level 8: +6000, Moderate "Knockback": 2 Areas. +50% attack damage.
Level 9: +8000
Level 10: +10000, Acute "Knockback": 3 Areas. +100% attack damage.

Type: Action
Effect: Allows a quick witted psion to engage their telekinesis as a limited defensive measure, either to deflect or to outright stop the attack.

Improved Range
Cost: 30 SP
Required Skill Level: 3
Untrained: No.
Type: Bonus
Effect: The range at which your telekinesis can be used is increased from one area to two areas.

Telekinetic Surge
Cost: 30 SP
Required Skill Level: 3
Untrained: No.
Type: Ability
Effect: This allows your telekinetic force to be expelled as a wave which may induce knockdown on up to (TK level) targets around you. Inflicts Mild "Off Guard" at (+1 Severity / 3 TK Levels) (Acute at Level 9) and deals +200 damage (as if it were a level 1 ability).

Controlled Telekinesis
Cost: 60 SP
Required Skill Level: 4
Untrained: No.
Type: Action
Effect: Fine tune the force of your telekinesis. This allows you to levitate people and others without risk of injury.

Passive Telekinesis
Cost: 90 SP
Required Skill Level: 5
Untrained: No.
Type: Action
Effect: Basic telekinesis (Self-levitation for example) may be performed as a passive thought and may be performed as a free action on your turn in combat. This may be extended +1 Area/2 Levels of telekinetic skill.

Advanced Range
Cost: 200 SP
Required Skill Level: 8
Untrained: No.
Type: Bonus
Effect: You may use telekinetic powers in a range up to a city block away from you.

Advanced Telekinetic Defense
Cost: 275 SP
Required Skill Level: 9
Untrained: No.
Type: Action
Effect: Manipulate the trajectory of weapons, giving an opponent enemy a negative to hit as well as using your telekinesis to block. This not only allows the user to use Telekinesis as a blocking mechanism, but also reduces the target's attack by (user's Telekinesis level * 2).

Atomic Telekinesis
Cost: 400 SP
Required Skill Level: 10
Untrained: No.
Type: Action
Effect: Manipulate atomic structure and quantum physics, allowing for disassembly of some solid objects.
