She wears a white dress with red outlines, white stockings, generic white shoes with red shoelaces and as final touches, a big red ribbon in her hair and a red necktie with white lace around her neck.
Eye Color: Crimson Red
Hair Color: Light blue.
Notable Features: Oftenly neutral facial expression, pointed ears and a big red ribbon on her head. Also oftenly carries an odd rabbit plushie she calls Usagi-san.

History:

With a mostly unknown precise past it's probably safe to say that Pleinair has been born and raised as a disgaean demon in the various depths of 'hell'.
Disgaean hell sure isn't your traditional type of hell you read about in books or religion, it can be fun.. well aslong as you are a demon atleast.
To make it simple, there is three levels in a typical Disgaean world, heaven, hell and earth. But there exists several dimensions and planets and travel to either isn't all that too uncommon anymore, not even for humans.
Anyway back to little Pleinair. Being mostly sort of a loner, her only companions tends to be a plushie named Usagi-san, which is a sort of deformed rabbit, with a persona and all and a shark plushie named Same-san.
Both of course are demons aswell, and due to their appearances they have most likely been killed some way or the other and returned in a punished state, much like prinnys.
Being quite a loner, Pleinair oftenly traveled, usually peacefully, around various dimensions, worlds and the like, taking on odd jobs if needed.
One job being a receptionist for the Dark Assembly, which in itself is a pretty safe job for her, but being part of the actual Assembly can be pretty much fatal.

The Dark Assembly serves as a type of order control for the Hell part of a Disgaean world, if you want to do something extraordinary, you usually have to go through them.
These guys can also send out subpoenas for various felonies. Being a felon in hell is of course a good thing, and if you get convicted, you basically get paid for it.
The amount you get paid is larger the bigger the felony is. However the court that decides if you are guilty or not is NOT part of the Assembly, usually it's a court hiding deep in items filled with monsters oddly enough.
Yea, Disgaean hell sure is weird like that, even items contain their own worlds with monsters, demons, pirates and ninjas... yes pirates and ninjas, maybe both?!

Usually the Dark Assembly is also the one to prohibit or allow dimensional travel, however it's of course known to several living beings on how to do it on their own, and that usually is allowed as they can't really stop them.
Pleinair possess this ability, and uses it to see the worlds, the only place she can't freely access, well if she values her life anyway, is Heaven of course.

After having worked as a receptionist for quite some time, she also took on a job for a Demonic television station, working as a news reporter along with Same-san and Usagi-san, however she got fired after several newscasts for not really bringing anything to the news.
Most of the time she spent the airtime doing nothing, or biting on Usagi-san who informed of the news and when he missed work one day, the news were only brought by still images in the background and a quiet Pleinair staring towards the camera with a neutral face.

Once fired, she went traveling again with Usagi-san, of course during all the travels, she has picked up some fighting techniques since as a demon, being able to defend yourself is quite important as demons commonly fight each others, invading earthlings and the occassional angels on powertrips.
Invading powertripping angels usually don't last long and get killed, becoming Fallen Angels and belong to hell instead, not a very bright move if you ask me.

Due to Pleinair's demonic nature, she possess the ability to bring judgment upon those who have fallen and may otherwise fall outside the 'circle of life'. Such a judgment -usually- turns the judged one into a Prinny, however there are exceptions, even among prinnies.


Some additional info:

There is no 'devil' in Hell, there is however a Lord, which usually is decided to be the demon that is considered the strongest, one way or the other.
For some, money talks, for others army in numbers and for few, just being strong as hell alone is enough.

A prinny is a deformed plushie resembling a penguin with wooden legs. Prinnies are considered the lowest type of being both in heaven and hell. Usually turning into a prinny temporarily strips you of all your innate powers except perhaps some mental abilities but it is rare.
Additionally, a Prinny is highly unstable, being thrown (falling or the like doesn't seem to trigger this) causes them to explode and faint, if other prinnies are within the blast, a chain reaction will start. A prinny explosion is fairly weak and small in radius, but it should still be considered dangerous, in case.
Prinnys can serve either a master... actually they have to, but they can sometimes choose, they can work for someone in hell, heaven or whoever made them into a prinny until their time is done.
Time done as a prinny is usually counted in amount of work, however there can be a minimum amount of time that has to be served as a prinny and it is safe to say that unless they do something very exceptional, the servitude is usually hundred years at minimum.
A prinny can also be seen as an underpaid worker for cleaning toilets.

Notable Accomplishments:

Receptionist for the Dark Assembly, mostly just carrying out requests for summoning them.
News report for a demon TV channel where she did a pretty horrible job due to being quiet and neutral.
Known traveler around hell, earth and similiar planets and dimensions within the 'disgaean universe'.

Training (If any):

All demons learn to fight one way or the other, due to Pleinair being usually quiet and looking rather harmless, she has fairly successfully adopted an assassin-like fightingstyle, being adept at using both blades and bows.
She is also pretty basic knowing in some magical arts.
