Second - Blue Dragon Emblem: Worked into an armor or accessory, this emblem raises the base DC by 500 and imparts a Natural Factor to the final product. Light Armor gains Auto-Shell, Heavy Armor gains Auto-Protect, and Medium Armor or Accessories gain SOS Wall.
Extreme - Dragon Dream: The crystalized dream of a dragon. When worked into a weapon, the DC increases by 1000 and the final product gains a second form; This can be any weapon with the same slot size as the original or lower. Both forms have full Augment slots.
[In Extreme mode, Mazarine is protected by the Blue Dragon. He takes 10% damage instead of 50%, and gains the ability to Block magic. The Blue Dragon can be disabled by any Limit Break, Trance attack, Triple tech, a level 8 or higher Custom/Spell, or a Critical Hit. It goes down for three rounds, dropping his Defense rolls by -100 and causing him to take full damage)

Name: Mazarine

Description: A childlike figure with an uncanny resemblance to the Dimensional Warrior Junior, but for his blue hair and blank face. His unassumingly slender body is clad in a distinctive jumpsuit typical to URTVs, ornate yet comfortable with a blue and white coloration. The top piece is a thickly pleated tunic-like affair, while the pants are a baggy military style, clasped into the matching combat boots.
Mazarine's face is utterly devoid of emotion and his stare is wide and calculating, yet equally inhuman in its lack of expression. At his side is a long katana in a high tech saya that, with every draw, excites the edge of the nanotech blade to harmonize with the innate power of the Blue Dragon within, making it impossibly hard and sharp. The blade itself is a crystaline blue nearly the length of Mazarine's body, with a subtle curve.

Initiative: 1d300. On the first round of combat, Mazarine will instantly block the first Blockable attack made on him before his turn comes up.
Mazarine takes a second turn if fighting more than three enemies, and a third if fighting a full group of 7.
HP: 500,000
MP: 50,000
Physical Soak: 3000
Magical Soak: 3500
10 Luck Points, which will be spent if it will force moves 4-10 to hit or Blocks a Custom attack.

[Special] If Mazarine successfully Blocks a combo attack, roll Hits anyway. These are added to a pool, determining how many possible hits [Rag Time] can inflict.
On a Critical Block or a botched attack, Mazarine will counter with [Rag Time] as if the blocked attack had rolled max hits.

Attack Behavior:

1,2,3) Attack - 1d260+125. 8000 Physical damage.
A quickdraw style swipe of the Katana.

4,5) Rag Time - 1d260+125, 1dX Hits. X = The number of Hits 'eaten' by a successful Block in the past round, +1. 8000 Physical damage per hit.
Gathers the karmic wrath of the Blue Dragon into a punishing flurry of strikes.

6,7) Fortune's Dirge - 1d260+125. Roll current number of Luck Points the target has left. The rolled amount is 'burned', and for each point lost this way, both Soaks are reduced by 200. This lasts for the rest of battle but can be 'cured' by any item that enhances Luck.
A vicious, lunging stab wrapped in a karmic aura. Your luck has run out...

8) Decelerando - For one round, Block rises to 1d360+175, but Magic and Roll Defense become impossible. On any successful Block, Mazarine recovers 10% of his max HP.
Takes on a passive, defensive stance, readying the blade and converting the force that strikes it into life force.

9) Silent Forte - 1d210+100, deals 20,000 Physical damage. Target must pass a DC100 Reaction Check to use Block. Silent Forte cannot be Countered.
An extremely powerful single iaijutsu stroke. The blade strikes before the sound of ringing steel is heard.

10) Crescendo - 1310+150. Deals 8000 Unsoakable damage to all targets, or 15,000 Unsoakable damage to a single target. Mazarine will always prioritize the former if there is more than one enemy.
