Clubs

The club is a somewhat crude weapon, originally fashioned out of chunks of wood or metal, and simply used to bludgeon or bash an opponent into submission. However, as time went on, the club shortened and became more compact, but just as dense and dangerous. Eventually clubs became known as batons or nightsticks, but are still used galaxy-wide for beating a target into submission rather than immediate death.

The club can come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Generally a "Club"-style weapon is blunt and stick-shaped, and can be one- or two-handed. This includes bats, pool cues, nightsticks, chair legs, batons, and several other crude, generally improvised weapons.

Generally, clubs are considered 3-slot weapons, and are non-lethal in nature without any modifications, which means they will reduce a target to -1HP and no less. In addition, clubs have a dizzying effect on targets struck, incurring a (-2*Level, -20 at Level 10) penalty per attack (not per hit)on all actions taken by the target for the next round. Clubs can be blocked, used to block, perform combo attacks, and custom abilities.
