Sword Hammers

Sword hammers are an extremely unusual blend of two things that typically wouldn't be found together. By whittling the blunt end of a warhammer into a point resembling that of a sword's, the crushing weight of the weapon is able to focus its force into that point rather than the entire flat side of the hammer.

The sword hammer is designed to punch through dense armor, and in the right hands can deal incredible damage to even vehicle armor. The weapon is held in both hands and swung once for a crushing blow, and its great reach allows it to strike more targets in a sweep.

Sword hammers are 8-slot weapons and deal 10% armor damage per attack, but lack the bleed effect of their bludgeoning brother. Sword Hammers are by nature easier to block, do not carry over damage when blocked, cannot block other weapons, and are unable to perform multiple-hit attacks (abilities or skills).

Sword hammers can be used by the following skill: Weapon Proficiency: Axes and Hammers.
