When a hunting party encounters an enemy, a luck roll is tossed. If you're here, that means you probably hit the DC of 901, so now you roll 1d2 to determine an enemy to add to the enemy party!

Regardless of what is rolled, each party member gains 10 XP for slaying the Metal Slime. This XP can only be acquired once per two weeks.
1-50: 1 nugget of ore. Roll 1d5. 1=Amber, 2=Garnet, 3=Jasper, 4=Pyrite, 5=Kunzite
51-95: 1 nugget of ore. Roll 1d5. 1=Ruby, 2=Jadeite, 3=Cardinal, 4=Celestial Phazon, 5=Alabaster
96-100: 1 Metal Slime Helm

{Starscourge Rewards}
Regardless of what is rolled, each party member gains 15 XP for slaying the Starscourge Metal Slime. This XP can only be acquired once per two weeks.

Description: Out of the thicket comes a small, greyish blob with a pair of googly eyes and smiling lips, gliding over the ground with incredible speed, the grin never leaving its expression. Aww, isn't it cute?

Physical Soak: When you hit the Metal Slime with a physical attack, roll luck for each hit landed. On 501+, you deal 1 damage. On 500 or lower, you deal 0 damage. This must be done for every hit if a combo strike is used, and is affected by the critical damage modifier where applicable. Unsoakable damage is still affected in this manner. The luck roll is unnecessary for critical hits.
Magical Soak: Metal Slime is immune to magic spells & effects.

Metal Slime is immune to status ailments.

Intention: The goblin leaves through a portal.

Description: The short-statured goblin doesn't have much in the way of clothing, wearing a simple leather hood and a cloth at its waist. It does however have a fairly large sack on its back, containing all manners of weapons, armor, and jewels.

Special: The goblin is immune to status ailments.

When you encounter a Treasure Goblin, roll 1d100 to determine the variant.

1-50: Treasure Goblin
51-65: Gilded Baron
66-80: Insufferable Miscreant
81-95: Odious Collector
96-100: Malevolent Tormentor

When he does this, make an event roll and use the nearest encounter, adding it to the initiative. There can be a maximum of 3 portal interruptions.

Rewards: 4{5} pieces of gear.
