The southeastern Ceres Ocean is west of the Osean city of Alexandria, and houses many of the continent's archaepelagos and inlets, forming natural harbors that facilitate civilian and industrial trade between north and south Osea, as well as international exchanges with Yuktobania. Heavy Osean fleet presence here ensures smooth trade and an absence of raids on important supply lines.
