Description: The scene is the Vector building underground during the assault on Second Miltia's Capital. While the siege continued outside, the party made their way through the facility lower levels, intent on stopping Wilhelm from activating his grand scheme. On a metal catwalk however, they encountered the blue clad testament, Slayzer, ready to halt their progress. Surprisingly however, his power seemed only subdued as opposed to other Testaments who possessed far greater abilities. Despite this, he is still a formidable and dangerous opponent.

Weapon of Choice: Nova Edge (10000 hp)

Physical Soak: 20000
Mental Soak: 15000

Dodge Roll: 1d210+100 (Dodge), 1d250+120 (Block - can block ANY non-energy weapon or spell)

Attack Behavior (1d210+100):

Phase A: Offensive Stance

1, 2, 3, 4: 1d8 combo hits
5: Defensive stance (Mover to Phase B)

Phase B: Defensive Stance

1: 1d8 combo hits
2: Yield - Slayzer does not act this round. If the opponents next attack misses, he will automatically respond with a combo strike (rolled at 1d900+445) for 1d8 hits. Should they not attack next round, this is voided.
3: Riposte - For the next 1d3 rounds, Slayzer responds to any physical attack with a full 1d8 combo hit
4: Cure - Heals for 10% of his lost hp (NOT his maximum)
