Ah I know what your talking about Hmm I'd suspect then their hard to use as you have to keep the weapon in motion to keep kinetic force up. In which case this might be fairly well constructed.

My only concern is how much costs inflated and if possibly thats due to skills which balance out the dmg per credit ratio.
