Every day from now until the festival, there will be a new set of events listed

Weeklong Event: The Venerable Undine Annual Championships

A combatant may opt to take part in any level of the championship (10-50) following the rules of the traditional tournament system. The DC's to take part in a given tournament are 20% higher than normal (20 becomes 24, etc, round up). The rewards for this one week however are tripled. Rumor has it there is a special challenge waiting for those who might reach the gold bracket of the 40 and higher. Be warned however that you only have five days instead of the usual seven to compete.

Weeklong Event: Master Artisan

For the entire five day period, Artisans may compete for the right to have their work presented to Undine at the conclusion of the festival, along with a hefty fame and reputation bonus. The crafter of the highest rated item will receive a hefty gil bonus, as well as sufficient international reknown that the Treno Auction House will automatically pursue their next crafted item.

Monday Event: Twilight Concert and Dancing at the Riverside Park

Join the Viothesia City Philaharmonic Orchestra and Choir for a concert under the stars to herald the start of the festival. Prizes will be awarded to the best dancer in one of several 'dance off' events, artists will be on site to paint portraits for a fee.

Tuesday Day: District 1-2 Market

A beautiful open bridge is the setting of a large daily market, a green park like emplacement that stretches between two pavilions of the city. Rare curiosities and foods have a way of showing up here, and merchants travel from far and wide to sell their strange and wonderful wares. Who knows, maybe you'll find an amazing deal.

Wednesday Evening: Re-Enactment of the Battle for Viothesia

Participants are asked to register by Wednesday morning. Join in a re-enactment of the battle for Aquas's Ocean Jewel against the Arcadian Empire in 1615 to celebrate it's 500th anniversary. Citizens will be handed 'Performers weapons' and invited to challenge the 'Arcadians' armed with the same as onlookers watch the show from the monorail. The best performers will be awarded prizes. King Rathbone has been invited to watch the performance as a show that the event is in good fun. Show your national pride by re-taking our city!

More to come!
