New Forum style

We're currently looking at switching our theme to a more modern design. Here's the frontrunners that have what we need. We'd like you to focus on the layout and functionality - specific colors, images and menu items will be added later.
If you have a better idea for a theme, post a reply to this thread and we'll add it.

- The style has the words "clean code" in that order in the description.
- The style has the words "UI Framework" in any order in the description.
- Bootstrap 3/Material appear somewhere as well. If not, oh well.
