Roll 1d3 to determine the weather upon initial entry. With each event, roll 1d2. 1=Increase weather score by 1(cannot exceed max). 2=Decrease weather score by 1(cannot go to 0).

1-Cloudy(No effect.)
2-Rains(Movement checks -5, combat rolls -3. Water spells deal +25% damage. Fire spells deal -25% damage.)
3-Heavy Rains-(Party is under Mild [Soaked]. Movement checks -10, combat rolls -5. Water spells deal +50% damage. Fire spells deal -50% damage.)

Giza Plains serves also as a route between locations, described as follows if you seek to go through on foot:

Event Roll(1d20):

1-2: Encounter - 4d3 Hyena. Every 3rd Hyena in the party is an Alpha Hyena.
3-4: Encounter - Roll luck. On an 801+, encounter a Croakadile and 1d3 Woolly Gator. Otherwise, encounter 2d3 Woolly Gator.
5-6: Encounter - 1d4 Great Tortoise.
7-8: Encounter - 1d3 Storm Elemental. Can only encounter during rains/heavy rains. Otherwise, encounter hyenas.
9-10: Encounter - Mardu Entite + 1d3-1 Storm Elemental. Can only encounter during heavy rains. Otherwise, encounter hyenas.
11: Encounter - Roll luck; on 801+, encounter Rain Dancer + 2d3-1 Ichthon. Otherwise, encounter 2d3 Ichthon.
12: Encounter - 2d3 Gigantoad.
13-14: Lightning Strike(A bolt of lightning strikes a withered tree, which promptly collapses and is carried down a nearby river. If this has already happened 3 times, a bridge forms from the collected driftwood to a small island instead, where you can encounter 1d3 Silicon Toirtoise. If you're in heavy rains, encounter 1d3-1 Silicon Tortoise + 1 Gil Snapper instead.
15-17: The party slips on an embankment, falling into a nearby river. The party gains Acute [Soaked].
18-19: Bridge Collapse(The bridge you just crossed collapses behind you! +2 event rolls required before leaving, whether to return from whence the party came or travelling to a different region.)
20: Treasure. Roll 1d16.
1-5: 1d10000{1d15000} gil
6-9: Roll 1d2. 1=1{1d2} Soft Lotion, 2=1{1d2} Phoenix Down
