It may be that you are wanted, angered the wrong person, or they want to give you something, but your pursuers are closing. Any GM, at any point in time can call for a luck role with a player and initiate combat vs. an monster, being or entity.

Description: Aziel has finally come to terms with much of the trauma in his life and in doing so has found without restriction he can sense & influence the emotions of others. Nothing as brazen as direct control but with some influence of will without entering the mind of another he can instill a sliver of an emotion into someone to help various situations.
Mechanic: Aziel with a will/telepathy save can 'instill' the notion of an emotion with someone. Not inheritly a direct command or control but a subtle push in a direction. Aziel can make this attempt as a free action in conjunction with speechcraft. A failed save can be sensed by magic users, psions, and those with enough fortitude to be aware something is 'off' even if they cant tell from where.

History:
Aziel Owens is a veteran hero, a battle-hardened warrior who has been fighting since the age of eleven, waging wars across timelines and realities. His early years were spent in a future where all hope had crumbled—a future ravaged by endless conflict. He joined the Carrington Institute, a covert organization renowned for its expertise in espionage, where his natural talent for hacking and covert operations flourished.
Aziel’s journey took him to the past, where he successfully altered the course of history, preventing the dystopian fate he was born into. However, the battle didn’t end with his triumph. Time itself resists change, and the dark future he prevented is always on the brink of resurgence. Xth Draco
Using the foundation and mesomorphic nature of aziels psionic orbs, a vision of a possible future he would have, moogle synthesis and pouring his very heart and soul into the forging Aziel created a once in a life time wonder. Xth Draco exists as an abnormality, incapable of pure replication and in some cases having no true basis point for its initial creation. Remembering the schematics Aziel has gone to work during 'this' time visiting various places and speaking to various beings from arcane rituals to technological avenues resulting in a retrofitted version of the item he saw in his mind. Using these various items and the material belonging to his psionic orbs & the mysterious nexus amulet aziel creates something new all together. [Quetzalcoatl] (MASTER)
Description: The Feathered Serpent of lore and king of all thunderbirds, Quetzalcoatl is a curious amalgam of bird, snake, and lightning. It is a taciturn and emotionless creature with precious little to say about anything, but unfaltering loyalty to its summoner.
Quetzalcoatl appears as a great bird composed of shimmering, fluid green lightning bordered with darker green and gold, with ornate markings stretching along its body and its proud chest tufted with broad yellow feathers. While a particular marking resembles eyes, it has no true face, or for that matter any features to speak of. Its large wings end in dangling extensions that reach the bottom of its length, and rather than legs its cylindrical torso simply flares out at the feet and 'hips', giving the impression of an ornate robe.

Summon Attack: Thunderstorm
Lightning strikes the ground, and out of the scorch mark spirals the thunderbird. Flaring its wings wide, it briefly raises its head to charge, firing forth a crackling barrage of chain lightning that acts as a tracer for the final column of thunder at the end.
Deals 1d10 hits of 5000 Unsoakable Lightning damage per level, plus 35,000 Unsoakable Lightning damage per level to all enemies from the final explosion.
