The dollar per damage mod cost of these is horrid, nearly to the same level as claw guards, and with a lack of to-hit and an insane cost for even the most basic of scythes, a weapon that I wouldn't think would be very well defensively at all looks completely unattractive at first glance. the special skills associated with it would have to be very good indeed to make this weapon at all worthwhile.
