Artifice is a complimentary school to Enchantment where the Artificer can create 'Infusions' or temporary enchantments on weapons/armor/items (possibly with a bonus if the character created the item being infused?).

This school still requires the character know spells from other schools to create the Enchantments (possibly, or... I dunno. x_x)

Spell-like effects under the Enchantment school already covers this, in both the temporary sense and the required knowledge of the spell before-hand.
