History:
Kayli is an professor and archaeologist who is on sabbatical from Kender U. She travels the world in search of shiny things from the past.
Kayli attended Kender U as a teenager, becoming one of very few Kender to actually graduate from the institution. Shortly after graduation, she was affected by wanderlust and began to travel the world. Her adventures were fraught with peril, so she had to quickly learn to fight in order to defend herself. Her greatest discovery was the warhammer which she uses in combat.
After a few years of traveling, Kayli somehow broke free of her wanderlust. She returned to Kender U for further study, eventually becoming a professor.
Kender U- Kender U is a rather disorganized university, attended largely by Kender. Due to the wandering nature of the Kender, few students actually complete their degrees before being overcome by the desire to travel the world. That being said, the professors are surprisingly knowledgeable, and many young Kender learn valuable skills there. The professors are known to take long and frequent sabbaticals. At the time of writing, Kayli is on the third year of her second sabbatical.
