History: Alicia was born in Hikaru with her 2 years younger brother Evan and 5 years older sister Nora. Alicia had a normal childhood in a pretty calm neighborhood, Abigail, her mother, raised her and the kids back home while her father, Alan, worked as a police officer in Hikaru. When alicia was about 9 years old, Her and Nora went to play hide and seek in a forest not far from where they lived, Nora counted and Alicia went to hide. She went to hide in an hollow trunk, but what she did not know was that this was a nest of small and bigger spiders. As she crawled inside, severals spiders lowered down on her. She moved the feeling in her hair with her hands, but more lowered down on her until some moved into her shirt. She felt a sharp burning pain on her left forearm.She crawled back out as fast as she could. As she could see herself she was covered in small and bigger spiders, upon seeing them Alicia just paniced and screamed for Nora.

Nora ran to her sister as fast as she could once hearing her screaming, She couldn't help but chuckles at seen her young sister panicking. She walked over to her to remove the spiders from her and once she was done alicia threw herself in Nora's arms to cry. Nora comforted her and then suddenly Alicia's legs collapsed under her. Nora took Alicia in her arms and headed back home as fast as she could, there she told her mother of what happenned to Alicia and they soon headed to the hospital with the sweating Alicia.

Years after, after high school, Alicia wanted to do the same as her sister and her father; Working in the Hikaru City police. She soon started following the college courses, wich she did in a complete year to then join the Police training school. At 18 years old she joined the HKPD. She was put in tandem with her sister, Nora, to start her in job training. A Day, during the time that alicia worked with her sister, they got a call about a domestic dispute. They went to the house to try and quell the dispute. Alicia knocked to announce themselves so that the people inside would open the door. Alicia and Nora entered and started to talk to the man and the woman. But it did not seem to stop, the man kept screaming about how his wife cheated on him, in his rage he grabbed one of the knife in the knife holder on the counter.

The man grabbed the knife and then lunged at his wife, Nora pushed the woman aside and then tried to move out of the way, but she did not move fast enough and the knife pierced downward from her belly to her lower abdomen. Alicia had not had time to stop the man in time and fired at him the second he made contact with her sister. The man fell to the floor, dead. Alicia then immediatly called the central about her sister. Nora was then brought to the hospital, but to no avail, the stab was deep and had severed main veins, Nora died a few hours later from interior hemorrhage on the operation table.

Alicia felt guilty that she wasn't able to protect her sister, but her family helped her get over it by comforting her and in time, after about 6 months after Nora's death. Alicia went to her sister's grave to talk to her, she talked to Nora for hours and she cried a lot. But when she left, she felt as if as weigh has been lifted from her shoulder, her own weigh of guilty feeling.

Sometime during her 19th year, a drug dealer was sighted in a building. Alicia and her colleagues went in to await order to enguage the man, they heard the man say over the phone that he had a young girl hostage and what he wanted to escape. She took her her kevlar vest and removed her weapons, even though her superior said no and tried to stop her, Alicia couldn't let the man scare the poor girl and Alicia showed herself up in front of the door with her arms raised over her head to try and speak to the man to let go the girl and take her as hostage instead. The man told her to approach and Alicia moved to be in view of the window, As the man decided to take alicia as hostage he pushed the small girl forward and out of the room. Alicia moved to the side but the man fired at her from at the same time the sniper fired at the man who fell to the gorund. Alicia painfully stood up as the bullet had touched her on the lower left side of her belly. She was brought to the hospital, but luckily it was nothing too big and she was able to heal.

During that year, she also worked with the WRO to help the citizen who were taken in Bahamut's destroying blast, she helped getting the people wounded or killed from the debris. then, after about a year, Generallissimo Harisson decided to set up the martial law in Hikaru, and Alicia couldn't take how he was treating the citizen, she grabbed her things and left Hikaru to find the one group who could help her; The Dimensional Warriors.
