History: Dante is a paranormal investigator, mercenary, and hunter of demonic entities. He is the son of a human named Eva and a powerful Demon Knight named Sparda who saved the world of humans with his allies in the battle against the devils many years ago.
Dante has been known to occasionally work with two others. A black haired female named Lady and a blonde haired female named Trish. However....he occasionally strays from them when its time for them to collect on what he owes. There partner ships are also slightly one sided and they seperate often with a "Whoever gets there first" policy between the three of them. In the world of mercenaries or finding help in general Dante is something of a myth only very few seem to know how get to him. One major contact is a man named Morrison who relays MOST of his information to him about a job and handles most of the information gathering about the people and the situation. Dante's office however is quite noticeable and has the words "Devil May Cry" in neon lights above it. He is often sought after by many demons and entities from the other plane because he is as far as understanding goes is the only remaining Heir of Sparda. Because of Sparda's high ranking and power during his time its believed that if one can defeat dante they must then clearly have the strength to take over the devils world. This has sent many a demon and beast to dante doorstep which then followed a long irritating day of cleaning up the mess caused by there deaths by Dante. Iif one can find Dante and if he deems the cause worthy he can be a reliable and trust worthy ally with a style all his own.

Continuity
DMC3 - Dante's a rebellious youth who lives to fight with littile drive and even less purpose. He hates all demons for the death of his mother and fights to destory them. A man seeking sparda's forms an alligence with his brother vergil for a strange reunion. Ultimately the brothers who never could see eye to eye after there mothers death faught threw many conflicts teaming up only to defeat Arhkam the man who set all things in motion. Dante lost his brother during this time as he rather the realm his father once called home than live in the human world any longer. Vergil also meets his end at this time to the hands of Mundus. His powers and soul are twisted and maniuplated by the Demon Prince as his dark knight 'Nelo Angelo'. Dante also meets the astranted 'Lady' at this time. She is the one that coins the phrase 'Devil May Cry' for his investigation agency.
DMC1 - Dante
Years later dante's a glorified devil hunter. Only those with the mysterious 'password' are who he really works for.' One night a mysterious blonde women resembling his mother asks for his assistance. This all turns out to be a ploy as dante is brought to a mysterious ilsand where Mundas is said to try to reach the human world. Its here dante goes to do what his father did seal away the dark prince. While here dante fights a mysterious knight. He encounters several times and ultimately defeats him in the final battle its revealed this is 'Nelo Angelo' the twisted form of what was once vergil. Upon his defeat dante obtains the amulet which he combines with force edge


Notable Accomplishments: Besting Mundas (A king of demon world) Defeating an incarnate of Abigail (A devil with a power as strong as mundas) A kill count of paranormal entities so high he is revered amoung demons and humans that know of him. An outstanding debt with two women that may never be paid.

Dante is half demon shareing his blood with his father the legendary demon knight sparda. Because of this dante's phisiology is slightly different then that of normal humans he can resist mortal wounds to his body that would normally utterly injure or weaken another being with out flinching. Though damage is incured he would otherwise be unharmed actively from these injuries. (Regeneration I, X4 Death Threshold)

* Feat 2 (100 XP)-Super Strength
Stat: Strength
Enhancement: +50 to Strength. This grants the character bonuses of +5 to Inventory Slots and Maximum Carrying Weight, as well as Base Damage. The Base Damage boost also goes to weapon damage.

* Feat 3 (200 XP)-Improved Defense
Associated Statistic: Endurance
Effect: Increases Defense Absorb Modifier alters to *50 instead of *40.

* Feat 4 (300 XP)- Devil Trigger
Dante unleashes his demonic energy letting it take hold of him as his form becomes demonically enhanced. Those attacking dante transformation suffer 500 unsoakable damage when he changes. Dante's devil trigger depends on the devil arm in or ability at hand which can manipulate or reshape his transformation to look like that of the actual being inquestion as he gains there abilities to a degree. If there is no devil arm present dante will take his own demonic likeness.

2.Broad Sword (Base Form/True Form) is the legendary blade that holds the lionshare of the great demon knight sparda withen. It is a powerful relic as its energy is so vast that it can be used for a myraid number of a reasons and is highly sought after for this power. Despite its demonic origen it is said Sparda can only be wilded by those who truly posses 'humanity'. Those that give up there humanity for power and lose themselves to the truest since of the word will never be able to use the sword to its full potential. Despite this truth the massive power this sword holds is tempting to the touch and if ones will is not strong enough find themselves
consumed in the ectasy of its sheer power untell its taken out of there hands.

Are a pair of semi automatic pistols made by .45 Artworks. They where made for dante under the Alias 'Tony Redgrave' and are more of a trade mark weapon than even rebellion.
On their grips are portraits of Victorian women; as befits their names, Ebony's is dark-haired, and Ivory's is fair-haired. Their are also engraved with a dedication to Dante:
